How does the emergency loan system work in the football league?

I would have thought it could be used when all loans have been used up, then someone gets injured, but the team I support has a small squad, so they signed Loan players and quickly used up their allocation. They then started using the emergency loan system but none of the loan players were injured. They are just sat in the stand not being selected because they are not good enough, so how can they make further loan signings? Surely this is abusing the system?

As far as I am aware the emergency loan system will only be sanctioned if there is a genuine need. Most often where two goalkeepers in a squad are injured, remember though that neither of themneed necessarily be loan players, a situation could therefore arise where an emergency loan is brought in without a loan player having to leave.
The rules concerning this are are very strict and, in any event, smaller clubs would simply not be able to afford to spend money on players who could not play for them

World Bank to loan Kenya USD 1.5bn for energy, water and transport

The World Bank has granted the Kenya government 1.5 billion dollars an equivalent of 124 billion Kenya shillings, set to fund various projects in infrastructure, energy and water resources. The funding will be spread across a period running from 2012 to 2014. It is expected to finance key projects aligned to the country development blue print vision 2030. NTV’s Aby Agina reports.

Josh McEachran’s loan at Swansea | The Debut

I really love this guy and I’m going to try to put up his whole season at Swansea on YouTube.
Wasn’t the brightest of debuts, coming on at the 65.min, but we can surely expect more from the young lad in the future.

He had 26 passes during this match, and 25 of them were sucessful. But what is more important, he made some passes forward not just sideways or backwards. His play style fits Swansea’s style.
