I’ve been working on this video for quite some time now; started in June 2009, but even before June, I collected, while watching Little House on the Prairie for the first time, material, scenes/audio from the series, that I thought would fit with this video, bringing the Ingalls to Colorado Springs. I think the result turned out rather well, but sorry for the poor quality in some parts.

- Story/Spoiler:
The family Ingalls, consisting of Charles, his wife Caroline and his three daughters Mary the oldest, Laura, and little Carrie, decide to travel to the town of Colorado Springs and perhaps, if the town is to their liking, settle down.
When the Ingalls reach the new town, they are warmly greeted by the local townspeople. Charles is slightly surprised, when Dr. Quinn introduces herself, since he has not really heard of a lady doctor before and definitely never met one, but he has nothing against it and just repeats her name out of astonishment.
While Laura Ingalls befriends Brian Cooper, Charles and Caroline receive a loan offer from the banker Preston Lodge, which they accept.
Having decided to stay in Colorado Springs, the Ingalls explore town and Mary and Laura attend school.
After a certain time in Colorado Springs, Charles and his family decides to move on, and they peacefully leave town.

Michaela: Morning….I’d like to welcome you to our town.
Charles: Name’s Ingalls. This is my wife Caroline…
Caroline: How do you do.
Charles: And my daughters, Mary, Laura and Carrie.
Michaela: I’m Dr. Quinn.
Charles: Dr. Quinn….
Loren: Now if you should find need of any of life’s little necessities, you just don’t hesitate, come over and see me, at the general store.
Caroline: Oh we have no cash….
Preston: Leave that to me, I’ll draw up a loan in no time.
Charles: Thank you!
Caroline: Oh wonderful!

Preston: That’s right…

Brian: I’m Brian.
Laura: I’m Laura Ingalls.
Brian: You’ll like it here…

Charles: Thank you very much, it’s a real pleasure to be here.

Preston: Good afternoon.

Charles: It’s fine, thank you.

Dorothy: Afternoon…
Charles: Never thought I’d see a day a woman would be running a newspaper..
Dorothy: oh…
Charles: Good for the town.

- Notes: I know the part with Preston being so quickly willing to give the Ingalls a loan and them being overly happy to accept, isn’t really keeping them in character, but it was an idea that gave me an opportunity to create the other scene just before it (with the Loren/Caroline speech), and with the audio parts, it worked really well.
And at the end it’s so funny, Preston is smiling, waving good bye to the family as they depart, but what about the loan? Well, we can always assume the Ingalls stayed for a longer time in Colorado Springs (a year maybe), so Charles was able to pay off the Loan, and of course, Caroline earned some money, selling eggs to Loren, lol.
Oh and another funny thing, in my video, Laura talks to Brian, but in reality, it would be more fitting if she talked to Preston, since the two of them are the same age *giggle* and that makes me think of a ship between them…. I could use footage of Melissa Gilbert in more recent films, while still using footage of Caroline and Charles, for her parents…well, that could maybe be an idea for a future project, … we’ll see.

Under President Jimmy Carter, the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) was passed. It required federal financial institutions to encourage banks to give Home Loans to persons with little credit and low income. Economist Russell Roberts said that the CRA played a major role in creating the sub-prime mortgage crisis in the U.S.

Under Bill Clinton, the CRA was expanded and Clinton set targets for low-income home ownership at the Department of Housing and Urban Development and at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Banks were forced by the federal government to provide bad Loans to unqualified people.

Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) is Chairman of the Financial Services Committee in the House of Representatives. In 2003, he said of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac: “These two entities – Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac – are not facing any kind of financial crisis. The more people exaggerate these problems, the more pressure there is on these companies, the less we will see in terms of affordable housing.” In the late 1980s and early 90s, Frank was engaged in a sexual relationship with Herb Moses, who was Fannie Mae’s assistant director of product initiatives! Bill O’Reilly exposed Frank’s involvement in the Mortgage crisis: YouTube – O ‘Reilly – Barney Frank Had Affair with Fannie Mae Exec. Frank looked the other way, while our economy was being destroyed by federal policies created in Clinton and Carter Administrations. (Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae help fund the homosexual agenda.

In 2008, Freddie gave $20,000 to a Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) event; Fannie Mae gave nearly $19,000 to the same event. Freddie has donated $125,000 and Fannie donated $80,000 to homosexual groups since 2005.)

Senator Christopher Dodd (D-CT) is head of the powerful banking committee in the Senate. He and Barney Frank consistently resisted attempts by the Bush Administration to closely regulate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Dodd also got preferential treatment from Countrywide on two mortgages. Countrywide was one of the biggest subprime providers.

Barney Frank and Christopher Dodd received thousands of dollars in contributions from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac over the years. Dodd has received $133,900 since 1989; Frank received $40,100. (While in the Senate, Barack Obama received $105,849).

As long ago as 2003, President Bush was trying to get the House and Senate to carefully monitor the actions of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. His efforts were rejected by Democrats.

Obama associates headed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac during the years that the crisis was getting out of control. Obama friend Franklin Raines ran Fannie Mae and collected $50 million from it. Obama friend Jamie Gorelick worked for Fannie Mae and earned $26 million; Jim Johnson, formerly Obama’s vice president search committee chairman, hauled in millions from his work with Fannie Mae as CEO.

ACORN, the socialist group that routinely engages in voter fraud, was involved in pushing for risky loans to people with bad credit histories or little money for down payments. ACORN intimidated banks in Chicago and elsewhere to give risky loans! Obama actually trained ACORN workers when he was a community organizer in Chicago! ACORN used provisions of the Community Reinvestment Act to delay or halt efforts of banks to merge or expand until they had lowered their credit standards!

Well, they didn’t. Someone seems to forget that just like in the Great Depression, this current mess was created by a decade of Republican legislation. And now they are crying like cry babies that it’s Obama fault. Oh my! aren’t they delusional.

In 2008 I became a single mother to four children. As you’d expect, there were financial hardships as a result of our separation and ultimate divorce. In April of 2009 I was ONE month behind on my Mortgage and called to see if I could have that month’s payment deferred. That call began 16 months of Bank of America Loan modification hell. It is still ongoing. Even though I had only called asking for a month’s deferment, the woman on the phone suggested I apply for a loan modification saying “it couldn’t hurt to try.” How wrong she was! As a result of Bank of America “helping” me, what was once only one month in arrears has swelled to almost $26,000 in arrears. And even though Bank of America told me repeatedly that they would not just expect me to come up with the arrearage amount should I be declined a modification, telling me there were other programs in place to help with the back due amount, that is exactly what they are doing. If I don’t pay the $26,000, they will take my house. I made every modification payment early and I sent every document ever requested of me. I have 16 months worth of audio recordings chronicling the Bank of America has put me through. In the end, they are going to screw me and my four children out of our home, even though the only thing I did wrong was to follow their advice for assistance. This audio recording is just the latest in the continuing Bank of America saga. I will be happy to share more with anyone and everyone who wants to hear.

I am exhausted with the process and I am feeling beaten down. I am scared. I don’t know where we’ll go or what we’ll do if we lose our home. We do not have any friends or family here. I have fought so hard for so long and am disheartened that it may have been for nothing, due to the incompetence of those running the Making Homes Affordable program. Please forgive my tone at times in this recording. I was shaking and on the verge of tears and, as a result, I am not always as eloquent or collected as I wish I could be.

Eventers Trials 80cm- We Did Our First Eventers Trials And Never Been On A Proper XC In A Comp We Were Menna Do 90 But Decided To Change In On The Day Cause It Was Her First One But She Went Clear Backed Off A Little In SJ WEIRD PO But Flew The XC Didnt GoFast Cause Floor Was Slippery Even Though Some People Were Bombing Around And Nearly Slipping Over :S But Xc She Didnt Back Off At All Even Jumped A Scary BushyThing With Bright Green Scary Leaves And Again We Can 9th Would Of Been Placed (8th) If She Didnt Freak Out

Show Jumping 1M – We Entered The Horse Class Cause Ponies Class Was Tiny And Didnt Know The Hight And Ended Up Being 1M Hahaa She Sadly Got Elim :/ Not Her Fault AT ALL ! She Had Been Standing Around For 5 Hours :/ So Was Dead And Just Failed But She Could Of Doe It Easy Just Ashame She Was Dead !
ShowJumping 75cm & 85cm – This Was Cricklands Qualifers And We Got There Late Cause No Proper Time And Usually V&V Runs Late But At TV It Was Soo Quick The Classes So I Didnt Get Time To Warm Up Then Didnt Know The J/O Proper And Went Clear In The 75 Then Flipping Went And Did The Wrong J/O I Was Soo Mad With Myself
As The Pony Went Round AMAZINGLY ! Not Touching A Pole And I Was So Retarded And Let The Pony Down Then The 85 Went Clear And She Was Like A Little Showjumper Doing Flying Changes All Around Course Without Me Saying So Proud Of Po For That Then J/O Remembered It But Had 2nd Jump DownAs I Rushed Into It And Her Feet Got Muddled Up So My Fault AGAIN ! Let The Po Down :/ Got 6th Which I Was Disappointed With Cause I Had Forgotten Everything From Home About Steady Canter And I Only Wanted The DC !! Hopefully Going Next Friday So Can Qualify Forgot The Breastplate So Pony Took Advantage With Head In Air And Less Control Cause Of It

Moisés Hurtado Pérez (born February 20, 1981 in Sabadell, Barcelona, Catalonia) is a Spanish footballer currently playing for RCD Espanyol, as a defensive midfielder.

He is noted for his physical approach, which leads to many bookings.

A product of RCD Espanyol’s youth system, Hurtado first appeared with the main side in the last match of 2001–02, still going on to spend several seasons with the B team.

After a second division Loan at SD Eibar, Hurtado returned as an important midfield element, renewing his contract until 2009 and scoring his first goal for the club in 2006–07, a 2–1 home win over Celta de Vigo, in the league’s opener. During that season, he also collected 12 yellow cards. Additionally, he played against Sevilla FC in the 2007 UEFA Cup Final at Hampden Park, being sent off after receiving a second bookable offense in the 67th minute.

In 2007–08, Hurtado only missed four league games, but received 12 yellow cards; in the following season, as Espanyol fared slightly better, he produced roughly the same numbers – scoring twice but being booked 13 times.

As Vipul comes home tired, Shubha pushes him to meet Desai, but he refuses. First, Shubha looks angry, but then, she suddenly bursts into laughter, and tells Vipul that she has already got her VRS and thanks him profusely. Vipul is confused, but doesn’t show it. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Hina, the ribbon girl, tells Nanda to get some of her belongings lying with Raju, the shoe-polish guy, Nanda agrees. Vini calls Shubha, who informs him that she has got her VRS. Vini also asks her to come to Canada, but Shubha refuses as she knows, Vipul won’t agree. Vini then asks Shubha to ask Vipul to sell his flat situated at Madh Island, Shubha advises him against it. Elsewhere, Karan informs Pooja that the bank has rejected their loan request. He asks her to secure a loan of Rs. 5 lakhs from her office, but Pooja is reluctant, as she has just joined her office. Karan makes it clear that it is an order, as her mother would love to see her in a big car, Pooja is left helpless. Babli orders Bijli to hurry up as she has to be in time for her ladies special. Just then, Mintoo enters, Babli informs that he has to go to school to attend a Parent’s meeting. But Mintoo refuses as he has a very important meeting. Babli realises that she will have to miss her train and hence thinks it’s a great opportunity to eat an extra parantha. Meanwhile, at the station, Raju hands over to Nanda, little socks, booties and caps that Hina had collected for her to-be-born kid. Shubha realizes that she has almost 10-12 lakhs in her fund, she is ecstatic. Meanwhile Pooja realizes that her mother will be home in just 3 days. She has to ask Mehta for a loan, but Mehta says that it will be difficult getting a Loan for such a big amount in such a short time. But before the conversation can progress, Vipul barges in the room, he looks furious. Pooja senses his anger and cuts short her conversation. Elsewhere, Babli is worried about the 30, 000, she has to be pay as her children’s fees. As she gets in the train, her mangal sutra gets stuck in Pooja’s hair. At home, Karan is furious that she couldn’t get the loan. In a moment of madness, he removes the bindi from her forehead. He tells her that since she doesn’t have a mangal sutra, she doesn’t need a bindi either. He gives Pooja an ultimatum of 3 days to get her mangal sutra back.

Well it’s June 20, 2010 now – Father’s Day and so far my wife and I have been able to make it through this crisis without losing our minds or our home though we have sacrificed alot, but this is America & sacrifice is part of being free!
Since this video I’ve had another surgery , an 8 x 10 mesh was installed inside my stomach as I had several several complications during and after my first surgery. You really do come to appreciate alot when you feel like you may not be around much longer. It’s been 15 months of surgery, recovery, more surgeries and fighting to save my home. If anyone would consider sending my wife and I on a weekend vacation I sure would appreciate it. We are still 3 months behind on our Mortgage but we are still in the fight & never collected a dime of Government assistance ! Not one dime … I recently joined a Civil War Reenactment Group to help keep my sanity and to remember the Honor this Country has EARNED !
