I took my last class this summer and could not get financial aid. I was billed and I have paid some of it. I’m about to consolidate my student loans so I was wondering if I could add the remaining balance to the consolidation.

I would double check with your school and whatever bank that your Loans are through, but I’m pretty sure you can’t do that. You didn’t get a loan to take the class, so how could it be consolidated with your other student loans? You could probably work out a payment plan with the school, but if you are still in school, the money will have to be paid or it will be subtracted from any financial aid that you may receive. Every school is different, but that’s how it works at my school.

I live in the united states and I was wondering if anyone knew of any payday Loan company that will give a loan on Saturdays?

Go to a non-Jewish loan company, they are allowed to work on Saturday.

However the nearest lender you can get at Saturday are probably your familly, friends, and neighbors.

I am planning on refinancing my car Loan but I think my current mortgage payment will affect the banks decision. So my question is, when they ask what my Mortgage is, should I include escrow or just principal and interest?

Everything, PITI – the goal of asking is to get an idea of your monthly outgo – plus, they will get they info anyway when they pull your credit report, so it looks better if you are completely honest.

you are screwed for a little while try to sell some of your stuff or turn your car into a taxi in your spare time rides from supermarkets stores ect. Sell some of your stuff. Go get some type of couseling sounds like you have allot of stress going on.

I purchased my home in 2004. At that time, a $26,000 home equity line of credit was established through GMAC. In October of 2009, GMAC sold my HELOC to Specialized Loan Servicing.

Ever since, it has been a nightmare.

Can’t keep track of my payments, no idea where my money is being applied, bogus annual maintenance fees (that were not in the original GMAC note), impossible to read statements – I’m just beside myself. On top of all that, it is obvious SLS is geared towards collecting BAD debts. Almost every call I make to them, or piece of mail I receive is set up as if it’s for someone that is 3 months behind. I pay almost double my monthly payment for pete-sakes!!!

I want to get AWAY from this company…. can anyone suggest a lender, company, bank, solution so that I can run from these half-wits??? I don’t deserve to be treated like this, and neither does anyone else that have been upholding their end of the Loan requirements.

Why not call around to a few banks where you live. If your credit stinks forget about it and pay quadruple the payments and get rid of it.

What Loan company will take over my federal student Loans when the loans are in forbearance so I can go back to school?
My loans are government loans from Saillie Mae. I owe them under $5000.

No one will "take over" your loans. You will still owe the money to your lender when you are in forbearance. They will simply add interest every month while you are making payments.

If you are asking about defaulting the lender will just contract out with a collection agency to start calling and hounding you to mail them payments. If you make 6 to 12 months worth of willing and reasonable payments you can ask your lender to "rehabilitate" your loan. This is when you are issued a new loan and pay off the one in default so you can get federal fin aid again. Again, rehabilitation can only be done after you have made 6 to 12 months of payments.
